30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

This graphic popped up in my Facebook feed and I LOVE it! I immediately sent it to one of my coaching clients and my 2 children. The Universe LOVES gratitude. Gratitude is an extremely powerful emotion and it makes it very clear to the Universe what you WANT. Gratitude means you are focusing on something that you like, something that pleases you, and that is what gets you "In The Zone*". Check out my webpage here for more on getting "In The Zone"

Here's the Challenge Before you begin, go to the office supply store and buy a new notebook and pen. Who doesn't love a a trip to Office Max? Set aside a quiet place in your house where you can do some journaling. Put the notebook and pen there before you go to sleep.

  1. Wake up tomorrow 15 minutes early (Get over it)

  2. Do as much of your morning routine as you can while it is still quiet in the house. Be sure to leave yourself that extra 15 minutes for some you time, or additional you time.

  3. Take your new notebook and sit in a quiet place. Put on some relaxing, nondescript mediation music or white noise. Don't blast your tunes!

  4. Close your eyes and take a few deep, calming breaths.

  5. Open the book to a blank page and write the current day of the challenge at the top of the page but don't put the actual date.

  6. Write for 15 minutes (or more) about today's topic. Go in to great detail. Be sure to include all the who, what, where, when and especially the WHY. And HOW it makes you feel.

  7. Leave the house and have a great day. Think about that thing you are grateful for as often as possible.

  8. At night, before you go to bed, think about that thing once again. And do the same thing before you get out of bed the next day. For more on this download my free E-Book here.

  9. Lather, rinse and repeat. Go back to Step #1.

Do this for 30 days, watch your life improve, and manifest everything you want.
